Description	This project is for the replacement of 322S.F. existing trex decking on an above grade deck with 6 X 6 support posts and a triple 2 X 10 beam. The new decking will be a product that meets the WUI requirements. Trex Transend or equal. There is also to be a new shade cover over the deck using heavy timber wood construction for the main structure and fire retardant treated wood of other noncombustible material for the "slats". the project is also to include the removal of an existing wood retaining wall ABOUT 40 L.F. and replacing it with a new fully engineered concrete retaining wall. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
