Once I receive verification of the zone I will let you know if there will be any additional comments to meet WUI code requirements.

The Design Review approavl is DRH13-00233. The applicant did not revise the site plan to include sidewalks on Hillview and Coston. The applicant has not updated the elevations to include a sidelite at teh main entrance on Coston and a landscape plan was not included with the building plans. A message was left for Steve Hanson.

I have received the plans for 510 N. Coston Street. I will not review the plans until the DR is approved. I will begin the review when it is approved and just waiting for the 10 day appeal if you let me know as soon as the design is accepted. Also in going through the plans there are notes for the engineering on the lateral and it states TBD. I will need the lateral calculations for my review.
