FYI on State Condo ownership within buildings and required permits:
***This issue with the State on condo ownership within tenant spaces has been a challenge to determine. Have been discussing with Legal again.
What I am hearing back from Legal is, if the work is contained within the condo walls and ceiling, this can be construed as a State owned “facility”, however, the systems that serve the space (sprinklers, alarms, mechanical, etc…) or any structural work that are part of the condo association ownership (like above the ceiling), would need permits from us. So, sounds like they may be okay with State permits for nonstructural TI or trade work within the space but may need to obtain City building or trade permits where structure or systems are affected outside the condo ceiling/walls ownership.***

this permit has expired however it is occupied. i sent a letter to the tenant and condo association 2/2/16 to get TI submitted. no insepctions for the TI can be completed under this permit.
