(WIRB)This permit is to construct a warehouse/ office building and associated site work only. This buildng has 2 permit numbers associated with it for each of the 2 individual tenant spaces shown on the approved plans. The 5,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building with wood framed interior will be separated into 2 tenant spaces. Each TI is required to acquire individual certificates of occupancy. The framed area above the office shall be signed “NO STORAGE”. The ceiling for the office was not designed to support any storage loading. Each tenant space is (2,7010 sq ft, consisting of 563 sq ft office and 2,137 sq ft shop.) This is a VB building of non-separated use. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. I have completed the second review for the WIRB building. Please see the attached document. The door hardware was not corrected on the plans and I have red lined them. Please be sure to read the information on the correct door hardware for construction. The only item I am missing is the re submitted mechanical sheet was not stamped by the mechanical engineer of record. Please submit 2 sets of the revised mechanical sheets with the mechanical engineers stamp.
