Passed with Redlines: Spoke with SWPPP author, Don Reynolds 8/6/2013: How will contractor stabilize laydown yard? Where will topsoil be stockpiled? Is the construction schedule available (as referenced in appendix)? What is the schedule of events for the drainage faciliities (i.e. seepage beds, interceptor swale?). Spoke with Preston at Idaho Sand and Gravel. He said that the laydown yard will be stabilized with 1 ft compacted pit run. The laydown yard will store all the topsoil from the project site and laydown yard area. Idaho Sand and Gravel will be using compacted pit run inside the project to stabilize the access roads, parking areas and working areas adjacent to the buildings. Scheduled to have 60-70% earth work complete this fall and the remaining complete in the spring. Spoke with Brett at Petra to request project schedule. Early tenative project schedule submitted. Brett confirmed topsoil stockpile location. Reviewed requirement with Brett to permit laydown area seperately because its on a different lot. Will forward lease agreement with landowner. See ESC13-00793 for laydown yard
