(US GEOTHERMAL) (RIVERPOINT CENTER SUITE 250)Office Tenant Improvement-This TI will create 3 separate tenant spaces on the 2nd floor. BLD13-02346-Suit 250 is for US GEOTHERMAL, 5960 square feet. BLD13-2358-Suite 200 approximately 2000 square feet. BLD13-02359-Suite260 approximately 2500 square feet. The only certificate of occupancy issued will be to US Geothermal, BLD13-02346. The 2 additional tenant spaces will not be issued a certificate of occupancy at this time. Suite 200 and 260 shall not be occupied until each tenant submits for their individual certificate of occupancy and tenant space reviewed for code compliance based off submitted plans for each space. Scope of work; includes demolition of nonbearing partition walls, construction of new nonbearing partition walls, new door, cabinetry and finishes all per the approved plans. Interior finishes shall meet the requirements of chapter 8, IBC. A new non rated corridor will be constructed as part of this permit. The existing sprinkler system will be upgraded to quick response heads to down grade the existing rated corridor and elevator lobby on the 2nd floor only as allowed per city policy. The existing restroom on the 2nd floor with be renovated to be ADA accessible. Work also includes plumbing for break room sink, relocation of existing HVAC diffusers, new power outlets. This building was spinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
