Permit interior renovation to an existing 1,299 to convert 197 sq. ft. of the garage to living space. This room is not allowed to be used as a bedroom as it opens directly to the garage. The room was converted by a previous owner and the current owner wants make sure the room is code compliant. A separate electrical permit is required.
