I went over life safety requirements with the owner. The keyed deadbolt will need to removed from the door to the Brewing room. I let her know that single action will be required. Also the manual flush bolts in the in-active leaf of the main exit will need to be removed unless she can meet the exception or automatic flush bolts installed. She had no "small documents" either.
