(WASHINGTON FEDERAL - 3RD STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for story increase. To remodel the 6,000 square foot 3rd story of an existing building for the existing tenant (5,535 square feet). An interior nonstructural demolition permit (BLD13-02357) was issued on August 27, 2013. An early start permit (BLD13-02412) was issued on September 11, 2013. The work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
