we can support the proposed revised fire department vehicle access design. However, the building department must have the architectural site plan modified to reflect the new a fire department vehicle access under BLD13-02561. Additionally, because this secondary access requires the use of the adjacent property, a lot consolidation will be required; or a recorded cross access agreement signed by both property owners stipulating that this fire department vehicle access must be maintained as a condition of the approval of BLD13-02561. The application for the lot consolidation can be obtained from Planning and Development Services; contact the permit technicians at ###-#### for more information.
