The non-rated corridor construction is included in this tenant improvement. Scope of work includes associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The drinking fountain and floor sink are fixtures are utilized from the core area. Special inspection required for Aspen Tree Wall as per plans and documents. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All high-rise fire and life safety systems must also be installed and operational before occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. AJS
