This project is for the an addition of 1815s.f. of basement area under an existing 1960s.f. single family dwelling. There is proposed to raze an existing 480s.f. of existing non-conforming construction and rebuild same above the new basement. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The engineer of record shall confirm all reinforcing placement in the new basement walls along with the stabilization of the structure while excavation is done under the existing. If the existing dwelling is lifted from the existing foundation a bond of $4.50 per s.f. ($8,800) will be required with return at he time the rough framing for the project is approved. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked; energy prescriptive method, engineering with calculations and details along with the plan review notes. pep
