Geotechnical report gives a five foot setback from the toe of the slope. Slope has been modified with a retaining wall which puts the toe of the slope at the base of the wall. Grading plan shows the structure closer than five feet from this wall. Pleae revise grading plan to reflect the five foot separation of structure to wall or have geotechnical engineer revise geotechnical report to reflect closer setback. Jason Taylor ###-####.
