**(AR Automotive)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 2,928 sq ft existing office / shop building. This space was previously occupied by "Dave’s Construction". A previous floor plan could not be found; however, a permit was pulled and evidence was provided showing that the building had a large fire and when reconstructed the building was expanded. Additional evidence showing the storage building to the side was permitted and approved was also submitted. These two buildings together comply as one. NOTE: the East exterior wall of the storage building appears too close to the propertyline. Future permits may trigger this wall to come into compliance. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
