Materials Testing & Inspection (MTI) has provided an engineered report on adequacy for the compressive strength of the foundation. Test methods included a combination of collecting core specimens and use of the rebound hammer method for actual and correlated strength results. Report also noted a visible inspection of the foundation indicating no visible evidence of freezing bleedwater and the opinion the foundation possesses adequate strength and hardness for the intended use. The MTI report is attached to this case.
