**WUI** This project is for the removal and replacement of an existing 480 s.f. wooden deck at the rear of an existing single family dwelling. 192s.f. of the deck will be covered by a shade pergola. All construction to be per the attached engineering and Wildland Urban Interface requirements. The new decking material must be a product approved by the Fire Marshall i.e. Trex (Transend). A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
