Noted items include; obstructed sprinkler head at a storage closet below the warehouse managers office, missing coverage at a mezzanine storage room, need to verify fire protection at the accounts storage closet, overspaced coverage at the hall adjacent to the break room, need to provide a letter stating the existing fire sprinkler system is adequate for the protected hazard, revise door hardware at four warehouse exits and the main entry/exit, cover exposed wiring at the storage room light fixture, adjust directional arrows at exit signs. A racking permit will be necessary for storage over 8'. Refer to plan review documents for details.
