4. It appears that two building will be demolished and removed from this property. If the demo work is part of this permit, please include that information in the project description portion of the shell application.
5. It appears that this building will have more than one tenant. If that is correct, separate permits will be required. Please submit a permit application for the shell building portion of the project and a major tenant improvement permit application for the proposed tenant space. There should be a separate Certificate of Value for each application.

Because we can not issue a Certificate of Occupancy to a building that is not fully completed, we must issue separate permits to establish a letter of completion for the shell building and a Certificate of Occupancy for each separate tenant space. Please submit the separate permits and certificate of values originally requested.
