The project will include the removal of the interior finishes and select interior partition work to open up the main level and creating a more open kitchen area and master suite. There will be a new code compluying stair the the three bedrooms bathroom and laundry room on the upper level. the basement work will include the relocation of the furnace along with the new support of the floor system.
