Work to include: construct interior non-bearing wall partitions to create a new corridor entrance from this space; construct a new shipping alcove with CMU walls and a 1-hr fire rated ceiling per engineering; relocate the existing corridor doors to the new coridor wall location and change the swing direction to swing in the direction of egress per plans; enlarge the existing women's restroom to be fully accessible; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; installation of new lighting, new doors and associated hardware; relocate an existing emergency light fixture and illuminated exit sign over the relocated rear exit door; and electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This space is being remodeled in conjunction with the adjacent space under the same set of plans. The adjacent tenant spaces permit number is BLD13-03469. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred.
