(ONTRAC) Fire sprinkler system used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel a 657 square foot office area and a 2,196 square foot office area located on the 1st story within an existing office/warehouse building having a 62,300 square foot 1st story. About 453 square feet of the existing 2,000 square foot enclosed mezzanine will be occupied as an office. The rest of the mezzanine will not be used. This tenant will occupy the entire building. The existing restrooms are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
