Both the front and the back sections of the space are required to have separate exit doors as the front area will allow access on a 24 hour basis while the remainder of the space will be open only during regular business hours. A roll up security grill will separate the front and back areas at times other than regular business hours. This is a fully spinklerd building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
