Under Biomark’s original permit BLD11-01396 the basement was not shown to be occupied by them and an additional permit was submitted to renovate that area and make it a different tenant under BLD13-02192; however, that permit was never pulled and now Biomark will be claiming the basement as part of their tenant space.
