All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. DRH13-00288 Per Planning and Zoning. I also told him that there could be some bondiong that needs taken care of. Once that is done we can issue the temp C of O. I told him this needed done ASAP because there should be no one living in the apartments until the temp c of o has been issued.
