This permit is for the placement of a new retaining wall in order to complete grading on an existing building site. this retaining wall will allow for more rear yard space for the new dwelling that is still in the design phases. This building permit and ESC permit may be used for the new dwelling which will allow for the use of this ESC permit as the Best Management Protection will not change or be moved. all per the approved plans as marked, engineering and engineers calculations. pep
