This project is for the construction of a new wheelchair ramp and the elevation of the existing rear concrete slab by installing a deck / landing at the rear of asn existing single family dwelling. There will be a new ramp at the front entry along with select interior partition work to relocate the front bedroom door and create a 4th bedroom all within the interior of the dwelling. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
