Description
This project is for the placement of an all season cover over an existing above grade wooden deck with a swimming pool feature. The extra support for the new cover will be of at and in grade piers with 6X6 posts under the new supports. Due to the nature of the concrete work and minor excavation along with hand mixing of concrete the ESC Plan is not required. WUI "A" roof requirements for the extension of the roof gable are required. (Class A roofing). Subgrade inspection required prior to placement of footings. Public Works must recieve a copy of the approval from the geotechnical engineer prior to scheduling the building department for inspections.
