This project is for the addition of 112s.f. to an existing 1952s.f. single family dwelling in the WUI foothills "A" zone. The project will include minor hand excavation and hand mixing of concrete. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
