contractor left to speak with owner. Wall bracing did not meet code for 10 foot ceiling. May need to adjust window location or add PF. Existing windows can not be relocated unless they meet current energy code. Need span of existing SFD to check to see if new expanded footings will be needed for new 20 foot opening supported with new girder truss.
