This interior remodel project is for the removal of select wall finishes and select partition work to reconfigure the upper level bathroom. the project will also include the installation of a new one-half (1/2) bath under the stairway on the main level. As any interior coverings of the exterior walls are removed the insulation will be installed to the best method for the area. The kitchen cabinets will be removed and new fixtures as needed. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
