This permit is for the razing of an existing non conforming patio storage area and the reconstruction of same to create a new covered front entry stoop, a 400s.f. carport with enclosed storage along with the interior remodel of the sinfgle family dwelling to update electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems including interior wall covering work to allow same.
