(EPISCIENCES INC - PHASE II) Fire sprinklers used for fire area. To convert a 1,866 square foot area within an existing 15,257 square foot tenant space from storage to manufacturing. This tenant space occupies the entire building and is used by a skin care manufacturing company. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, exhaust fans, and finishes. Cracks in existing exterior tilt-up concrete walls will be patched and repaired. A separate permit is required for racks with storage above 8 feet. This is a scope of work permit only. There is already a Certificate of Occupancy on file for this tenant. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
