Lusk Apartments - (Structural Foundation including First Floor Podium) - To construct the foundation and first level concrete podium for a new approximate 253,650 sq. ft., four story building and related site improvements. This permit will also includes site grading, drainage and underground utilities. The building will be constructed of concrete foundation with wood framed stucture above. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the foundation and first floor podium until final approval of the plans and issuance of the next phase building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the foundation and building structure work as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

Make sure that you provide all information (plans, documents, forms) required by the checklist that apply to this phase of the project. Provide structural drawings showing the bearing walls and shear walls located above the post tensioned podium slab including hold downs. Provide fully dimensioned drawing showing the locations and size of all openings in the post tensioned podium slab. After the application is complete then a plan intake review will be done. Additional information may be required at that time.
