The construction requires a permanant foundation. To place a new unheated 384s.f. detached accessory structure with R-1C reduced setbacks approved by Colleen Carroll. Due to the small scope of excavation an ESC permit is not required. The structure is proposed to have a permanent pier foundation with a sealed design by an Idaho licensed engineer. all per the approved engineered details, drawings and the plan review notes. Also went over the new proposed policy. They left with copies of the residential applications, and a copy of the draft. Engineer is to contact me directly with questions and e-mail me with the engineering designs sealed with BLD14-00828 referenced.. pep
