Miller - Body Shop and Office Addition - To demolish and remove an approximate 7,000 sq. ft., two story office area on the northeast corner of the building and construct a 21,035 sq. ft. office and repair garage addition, with a 2,035 sq. ft. storage mezzanine on the north end of an existing auto collision repair building. The existing showroom and repair shop on the south are unchanged and are separated from the north portion of the building by a four-hour fire wall. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase.
