Suite 162 scope of work to include new nonbearing noncombustible walls to create 3 new testing ADA restrooms, waiting area, testing vestibule with 2 lavs, lab, reconfigure existing break room, office and 2 existing ADA restrooms. New reception counter shall be ADA compliant. Existing storefront door to be relocated. Work includes partition walls and new restrooms. Existing suspended ceiling to be removed where new hard lid ceiling are installed in the new testing restrooms. Remainder of ceiling grid will be modified. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
