Spoke with the architect and discussed the occupancy group S-1 being incorrect and that it needs to be an S-2. The architect agreed to get this changed on the plans and the certificate of occupancy. I red-lined the approved plans in project dox and mailed the updated/corrected certificate of occupancy to the owner.
