This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The project will include the replacement of exterior windows and doors along with select interior partition work to open up the area near the kitchen add pocket doors and refinish as needed. Window change out will be per the Window Replacement policy. Separate electrical permit is required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
