Rob, based off the floor plan you submitted this is a change in occupancy. The existing occupancy is "B" for office and only a small accessory portion of the floor plan will continue to be offices. Please revise the code analysis to reflect the storage and sales area that is also indicated on the floor plan.
Change in occupancy is a major TI. Please complete and upload the major TI check list and all additional documents required. You do not need to start a new e plan. Once we get the prescreen approved I will have Jason route as a Major.
Just some items I noticed but not a complete list- the stamping areas are not provided on the sheets, you will need at least an ESC waiver letter, you will need at least a zoning certificate but should check with planning as you are doing work on the outside of the building and changing the front door. We will need approval from ACHD at least by the time the permit is ready to issue indicating that there are no additional fee’s or that the fees have been paid or will be paid when the permit is picked up. There may be additional items once you complete the major check list.
