Micron Building 80 (C19667) - De-Pell Remodel - To demolish and remove approximately 18 lineal feet of clean room wall to convert FMCS 101R and Failure Analysis Storage 101Z to create an approimate 415 square foot De-Pell Room 113C. Add approximately 16 lin. ft. of clean room wall in corridor area 100D to create an approximate 160 sq. ft. Booting Room 113A and Smock Room 113B. This permit also includes related mechanical, electrical and HEPA ceiling grid modifications. This work is located on the first floor of Building 80 between grid lines 6 & & and L 7 K.
