All other items (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler) will be submitted in future submittal for review and comment. Architectural drawings are submitted "For Reference Only" to define scope of project.)

Project is a new, single-story, 31,460 square foot data center and office, with future 15,400 square foot Phase 2 (to be permitted separately at future date). This building will provide secure data storage for multiple customers. The facility will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
