To create a 2,859 square foot exercise space to expand the current adjacent tenant spaces occupied by the same tenant BLD13-02585. This tenant space is on the 2nd story of a new high rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, mechanical, electrical and finishes that meet chapter 8 of the IBC. The required restrooms and drinking fountains for this space are provided with in the existing Zenergy tenant space and in the core restrooms. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **ajs**
