This project is for the remodel of a n existing 1824s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The project is confined mainly to the basement with select interior partition work to create a new utility / boiler room, bathroom and 2-code complying bedrooms. the bst walls will be re-insulated and interior finish touch up throughout. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
