To remodel an existing building (1st story) for 2 new offices and 1 new conference room. Each story has a floor area of about 15,000 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, new or relocated doors, millwork, and finishes and new conference room shall have new ADA compliant sink. New door hardware hall meet ADA requirements and chapter 10 IBC requirements. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The certificate of occupancy for this building is under BLD10-02939. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **ajs**
