The Boise Air Terminal Parking Lot 20 and Lot 30 Modifications - Parking lot 30 modification work includes: Reconfiguration and re-striping of the parking lot for employee and long term public parking, work will include asphalt repair, asphalt seal coat, concrete curb island, gate arm loop detectors, new signage, and new site lighting. Re-alignment of the entrance and exit along the east airport roadway. Installation of new landscaping. Installation of new parking spaces for long-term public parking in the area of the existing air traffic control tower. Parking lot 20 modification work inlcudes: Reconfiguration of rental car driveway entry and exit, including new concrete island. Relocation of two existing double-bay rental car canopies and installatin of one new single-bay rental canopy. Installation of three new double-bay rental car canopies and gate arm with loop detectors. Relocation of a chain-link fence and equipment access gate south of the rental car canopy lot. All construction per the approved plans. JCM

BID SCHEDULE NO 1:
Parking lot 30 modification work includes, but is not limited to: •Reconfiguration and re-striping of the parking lot for employee and long term public parking. Work will include asphalt repair, asphalt seal coat, concrete curb island, gate arm loop detectors, new signage, and new site lighting. •Re-alignment of the entrance and exit along the east airport roadway. •Installation of new landscaping to match other recent landscaping upgrades around the airport terminal building. •Installation of new parking spaces for long-term public parking in the area of the existing Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control tower. Demolition and removal of the air traffic control tower will be by others at a later date and is not part of this scope of work.

Rental Parking lot 20 modification work includes, but is not limited to: •Reconfiguration of rental car driveway entry and exit including a new concrete curb island and striping. •Reconfiguration and re-striping of the parking lot. Work will include limited asphalt repair, new asphalt seal coat, and accessible signage. •Relocation of two existing double-bay rental car roof canopies and installation of one new single-bay rental car roof canopy at west end of revised portion of Lot 20 . •Installation of three new double-bay rental car roof canopies and gate arm with loop detectors at west end of revised portion of Lot 20. •Relocation of a chain-link fence and equipment access gate south of the rental car canopy lot.
