This project is for the conversion of an existing 2240s.f. single family dwelling with a 294s.f. attached garage into a DUPLEX. There will be equal sized living areas of 1120s.f. on the main level and the basement. Both units are accessed from the 13th street side. They are to be addressed as 1300 W Franklin Apt. #100 (for the Main level) and 1300 W Franklin Apt. #50 (for the basement level). The basement unit is accessed from the driveway side near the front of the attached garage. The units will be separately heated by dutless systems due to the complicatedpenetration problems with a conventional forced air systems. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. R-3HD/CD is approved through DRH14-00148 by Colleen Carroll for Matt Halitsky. All per the approved plans as marked, Energy Prescriptive method and the plan review notes.
