Jason Blais has determined, on the advise of Dave Abo, not to accept this application until the subdivision plat has been signed by the City Engineer and the plat has been submitted to the County. After the plat has been submitted to the County, the application can be submitted with a Hold Harmless Letter. You can request a Hold Harmless Letter template from Jason Blais.

2. Please go back through the plans and verify that all plan sheets have the required space in the lower right hand corner for the City approval stamp.
