**WUI** This project is for the enlargement of an existing laundry area of approx. 76s.f.. The project will also include a 266s.f. covered patio area with only one pier footing foundation. Due to the small nature of this project an ESC permit is not deemed necessary at this time. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. Subgrade inspection by a geotechnical engineer prior to placement of footing elements. Please provide approval letter to Public Works (hillside) prior to scheduling for footing inspections.
