Under BLD13-03145 a three hour wall was required on the north side along with three hour opening protectives since the separatin distance to the ajacent building to the north is less than 60' and this is an unlimited area building. The outside of the 3 hour assembly was not required to be completed untill construction of this addition commenced. The exterior portion of the three hour assembly on the existing building is required to be completed prior to occupancy of the addition. NO RACKING IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. ANY RACKING OVER 8 FEET IN HEIGHT REQUIRES A SEPARATE RACKING PERMIT. This is a fully sprinklerd buiding for unlimited area with an alarm system; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department.
