Interior demolition work includes removing a suspended acoustical ceiling grid and the removal of an access floor structure. The work is being done to prepare for dividing this building by a property line so that the separate buildings can be sold to different owners. Fire-resistance-rated fire walls, party walls, and property line walls will be created under a future permit. New work is not authorized under this permit.
